The Arthritis Foundation needs volunteers to help at the 2008 Portland Oyster Urban Adventure Race. The Oyster is an adventure race where teams of 3 or 6 participants navigate the city by running, biking, hiking, skating and lots of other crazy athletic stuff. The course is unknown to participants until the day of the event which makes it even more fun!
Saturday, October 18th Pioneer Courthouse Square – Downtown Portland.
We need help in the following areas.
Transition Area and Team Check – 6am-7:30am
Passport Monitors (recording times, punching passports and handing out new passports)
Shift # 1 7am-Noon
Shift # 2 Noon – 4:30pm
